This sparkling wine is produced by the classic méthode champenoise. The Tête de Cuvée Barrel blend uses barrel-aged wine made from Tsolikouri (2016), Chinuri (2017) and Khikhvi (2017) grapes. The wine is golden, with balanced citrus aromas that blend harmoniously with light tones of oak.
