Velistsikhe Veranda is in the village of Velistsikhe in Kakheti. The village of Velistsikhe counts 1,500 years of history. The marani is built in the garden of the grandmother of the company's founder, Zurab Chkhaidze, which makes the history and traditions of this place all the more tangible. The „Saperavi Qvevri“ of „Velistsikhe Veranda“ proudly represents KTW Group and Georgia as a whole in France - specifically in Bordeaux, where it is presented in the tasting hall of the museum of wine civilisation (La Cité du Vin).
Guests of „Velistsikhe Veranda“ can also take part in Georgian culinary masterclasses: baking Kakhetian „shoti“ (Georgian bread), dipping churchkhela (a traditional Georgian sweet) and more.
