Since 1888, we've been crafting premium red dry wine sourced locally. Our signature blend is meticulously created from the Saferavi grape variety, grown exclusively in the Kakheti region within the Mukuzan microzone, situated at elevations ranging from 650 to 750 meters above sea level. Following our time-honored tradition, the wine undergoes careful aging in oak barrels for a minimum of six months, resulting in a rich, dark ruby hue, accompanied by a distinctive, delicate aroma, and an impeccably balanced flavor profile.
The longevity of our product is indefinite under optimal conditions, with storage temperatures ranging between +5-20°C, and serving temperatures maintained at +10-15°C. Utilizing clay vessels imbues our wine with unique healing properties, enhancing its overall quality. Each bottle is a testament to our commitment to excellence, showcasing a bespoke design meticulously crafted by hand using traditional techniques.
