The wine is made from Danakharuli grapes from the vineyards of Guramishvili's Marani, planted in the village of Saguramo in the Kartli region. It belongs to the rarest of revived vine varieties. Guramishvili's Marani is the first to bottle Danakharuli as a single-variety wine. Once fermentation is complete, the wine matures for 9 months in oak casks. The drink is crimson, with rich aromas of ripe fruit and preserves, and a pleasant acidity. The recommended serving temperature is 16-18 degrees.
