KTW Group has vineyards planted across the entire territory of Georgia. In total, the company's vineyards exceed 1,500 hectares in area. Kakheti, Kartli, Imereti, Racha, and Guria – KTW Group has expanded its vineyards in almost every region of Georgia.
In Kakheti – in the Akhmeta microzone – they planted Khikhvi and Kisi; in the Tsinandali microzone – Kakhetian Mtsvane; in the Manavi microzone – Manavi Mtsvane; in the Khashmi microzone – Budeshuri-type and long-grain Saperavi, a rare variety; in the Akhasheni microzone – Saperavi; in the Kindzmarauli microzone – Kindzmarauli; and in the Ziar microzone – Saperavi. In Kartli – in the villages of Marana and Flavismani – they revived and planted Shavkapito, Goruli Mtsvane, Buzha, Danakharuli, and other endemic grape varieties, from which they produce dry wines. In Saguramo, they expanded their vineyards with Goruli Mtsvane, Shavkapito, Kisi, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, and other collectible grape varieties. In the Dusheti district, in the village of Mchadijvari – on 100 hectares of land with exceptional soil – KTW Group planted Shavkapito, Khikhvi, and Goruli Mtsvane grape varieties. In Imereti – they expanded vineyards with Tsitska, Tsolikouri, Krakhuna, Otskhanuri Sapere, and Chkhaveri grape varieties. In Racha – they planted Alexandrouli-Mujuretuli vineyards. In Guria – they began cultivating the Chkhaveri grape variety.
Sighnaghi district, the village of Bodbeiskhevi – this is the place where KTW Group is cultivating olives. According to research, the soil, climate, and air conditions in this area are perfectly compatible with olive cultivation. The same area is also being used to grow nut varieties, including hazelnuts and almonds.
Hazelnut stands as one of Georgia's most ancient nut crops, boasting considerable economic significance and witnessing a steady rise in international demand. The cultivation of hazelnuts holds considerable allure, given its pivotal role in the market. In 2017, KTW Khobi established hazelnut plantations, now nurturing approximately 100 thousand Georgian-Italian hazelnut seedlings.
