Crafted using the traditional Kakhuri method, our wine originates from the esteemed Rkatsiteli grape variety cultivated in Gurjaani, Kakheti region. Following the pressing and fermentation of the remaining grapes in a pitcher, the wine undergoes a meticulous process. After replacing the chacha, it matures in the vat for six months.
With its alluring amber hue, our wine boasts a rich and enduring palate, beautifully balanced by tannins and acidity.
Optimal storage conditions range between 5-20°C.
