𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐮 𝐀𝐬𝐤𝐚𝐧𝐚 Chacha | Produced in a limited quantity
Made in an Italian copper still, this chacha stands out for its high alcohol content of 40%. The production technology is designed for bottle-ageing potential, allowing the product to be cellared in an enotheque and to develop further over time.
The chacha is made by combining wine distillate with the traditional method - from three endemic grape varieties of western Georgia: Chkhaveri (2023), Krakhuna (2022) and Tsolikouri (2022).
