Crafted using the traditional Georgian method, our beverage is meticulously made from grape chacha sourced from Kakheti. Following the classical technique, the grape chacha undergoes winter aging in a jug before being meticulously distilled come springtime.
Post-distillation, it is delicately infused with freshly picked tarragon leaves, where it rests for six months. This process imparts a verdant hue and a subtle menthol essence, elevating the drink's character.
