Chkhaveri – Ice Wine

Ice Wine, a rosé, sweet wine - made from selected Chkhaveri grapes frozen on the vine and picked at first light in early winter. This dessert wine is a clear peach colour, with a taste of candied berries and honey and a long citrus finish. Its high acidity makes it an excellent aperitif. Storage conditions: up to 5-20°C.
