Crafted using the traditional method, utilizing the Saferavi grape variety cultivated in Veliskikhe, located in the Kakheti region. Following the pressing and fermentation of the remaining grapes in stainless tanks, the wine undergoes a meticulous process. After the distillation of chacha, it is carefully nurtured in stainless cisterns, undergoing micro-oxygenation for a duration of three months.
This exquisite wine presents a dark amber hue, boasting enticing aromas of ripe black fruits and dried fruits, complemented by velvety tannins.
