This wine is crafted from carefully selected Rkatsiteli grapes cultivated in the Kvareli region of Kakheti. Employing the traditional Kakhuri method, the grapes are meticulously crushed on the "Veranda of Velistsikhe." Following the distillation process, the wine undergoes a six-month maturation period in the jug. Notably, this wine boasts robust tannins and a rich cherry hue. Upon tasting, nuances of walnut and dried fruit are discernible, further enhancing its profile.
