Our wine is crafted employing the time-honored Kakhuri method, utilizing the Rkatsiteli grape variety sourced from the fertile vineyards of Gurjaani in the Kakheti region. Following pressing and fermentation in a traditional pitcher, the remaining grapes undergo meticulous processing. Upon replacing the chacha, the wine undergoes a six-month aging process in the vat.
With its rich amber hue, our wine boasts a full-bodied palate and a lingering taste, perfectly balanced by the interplay of tannins and acidity.
Recommended storage conditions range between 5 to 20°C.
