Shavkapito is a native grape variety of Kartli, predominantly found in the regions of Kartli and Samachablo.
This wine presents a deep ruby hue, exuding a luscious berry fragrance accented by hints of ripe plum, cherry, and apricot. Its well-balanced profile is characterized by pronounced tannins. The maturation process takes place in French oak barrels for a duration of 9 months, followed by further aging in subsequent bottles.
Recommended storage conditions range from 5 to 20°C.
