Shavkapito
Shavkapito is an aboriginal grape variety of Kartli, mainly distributed in Kartli and Samachablo. The wine is dark ruby, with a rich berry fruit aroma, notes of ripe plum, cherry, and ripe apricot can be felt in the taste. It has balanced, pronounced tannins. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 9 months, and the aging process continues in bottles. Storage conditions: up to 5-20 °C.
