Ilia's Chacha

“Ilia's Chacha”, a traditional drink with a century of history, is made from Tsolikouri, Chkhaveri and the Chinuri harvested from Ilia Chavchavadze's own vineyards.

The chacha is matured in oak cask for 3 months. It has a golden colour and a balanced, long taste followed by an aroma of fruit.
