Chateau Askana is a premium-class brand that combines the achievements of modern winemaking, international quality standards, and the diverse identity of Western Georgia. The products are made in limited quantities, using only carefully selected and hand-harvested grapes. The brand specializes in producing wines from western grape varieties, with special emphasis on the creation of sparkling wine using the classic Méthode Traditionnelle. This method involves fermentation in the bottle, followed by aging in the bottle for a minimum of 1.5 years and up to 4–5 years after the cuvée is bottled, then riddling and disgorgement.
