The Keda plant is in the Adjara region of western Georgia. Here wine is produced from local grape varieties. That is the plant's purpose - to support the development of local viticulture and winemaking.
The plant can receive and process 80 tonnes of grapes in a day, and produce 2,000 bottles of wine in an hour.
On the plant'sgrounds there is a wine and spirits store-salon. Keda Winery appeals to visitors from abroad and hosts hundreds of tourists.
