The Patardzeuli plant is in Kakheti, in the Sagarejo district, a 45-minute drive from Tbilisi.
The plant consists of three main buildings, and the technological processes for producing brandy, chacha and wine are distributed individually across each of them.10,500 bottles of brandy are produced here every hour. The plant holds 78 tanks for storing wine material.
The Patardzeuli plant is equipped with an alternative energy source - solar panels, which supply electricity by natural means.
A tourist area and wine house are located on the plant's grounds. The plant hosts thousands of tourists every day, who can taste 14 kinds of wine, brandy and chacha straight from the tanks and from French oak casks.
