The „Chateau Manavi“ plant is in the village of Manavi, in the Sagarejo district of Kakheti. The plant opened in 2017. It produces the company's core range of wines and spirits for export.
In line with modern standards, the plant has four Italian-built production lines for wine and sparkling wine. In addition, a 5,000-tonne spirit store is housed on the site.
The Chateau Manavi plant can receive and process 300 tonnes of grapes in a day. In an hour it can produce 10,000 bottles of wine and 2,500 bottles of sparkling wine. Chateau Manavi also houses a chemical laboratory where the incoming material and the final product undergo laboratory analysis.
