Winery and distillery of Velistsikhe-Mukuzani

About us

In Kakheti, in the village of Velistsikhe, KTW operates a grape primary processing facility equipped with cutting-edge technology from the Italian winemaking brand Della Toffola. The facility consists of four workshops: the first two are dedicated to receiving and processing grapes for wine; the third is used for storing aged materials; and the fourth handles the intake and processing of grapes intended for brandy production. 

 

The facility has the capacity to receive and process up to 1,000 tons of wine grapes and 1,500 tons of brandy grapes per day. For wine production, the workshops are equipped with: 165 stainless steel tanks, each with a capacity of 36 tons 10 tanks of 100 tons 15 tanks of 120 tons For brandy production, the space houses an Italian-made distillation unit and 90 stainless steel tanks, each with a capacity of 100 tons.


On the premises of the Velistsikhe-Mukuzani Winery and Distillery, there is a wine and spirits boutique store that welcomes dozens of tourists every day.
